C&A is a partnership, not a franchise. Every audit opinion that leaves the door carries a CPA signature, and that signature belongs to someone who has read the file.

Audit is a relationship with a deadline; it is also a relationship with a signature. For over thirty years we have worked with Thai companies: family-owned trading houses across Bangkok, listed industrials, foreign-owned BOI enterprises, on the discipline of closing the books and meeting the regulator's eye.

We are not a brand name with a Bangkok office. We are a Bangkok office.

Our partners qualify under the Federation of Accounting Professions of Thailand; our opinions are accepted by the Revenue Department and the Thai SEC. When you engage C&A, you engage the partner. That is the practice our founders built in 1992 — first as C&A Accounting Firm, then incorporated as C&A Audit Office Co., Ltd. in 2015 — and that is still the practice today.
